Shipping Instructions: 

Once you place an order, we will strive to ship your product as quickly as possible. Please note that certain colors and sizes are in higher demand and may require longer shipping times. When your order is ready to ship and leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track order status and estimated delivery time.
If you do not receive notification within two weeks of purchase, please email shopify@caressma.com and we will provide you with an update. We will endeavour to resolve any fulfillment and delivery issues immediately and limit their impact on you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer:
If you are using an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will revise shipping details if possible. If the address provided is incorrect and your order has already been processed and shipped, additional processing fees may apply to ship new orders to your address.

Return Instructions: 

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at caressma. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I care for my Caressma Duvet?

1. To take care of your duvet, machine wash gently in cold water in a large front-loading washing machine.

2. Air dry in the sun.

3. Do not iron or dry clean the duvet, as certain chemicals can dry out the duvet tufts and cause them to break down more quickly and lose their elasticity and insulating properties.

Do I need to use duvet cover with my Caressma duvet?

We highly recommend using one! Similar to using a pillowcase on a pillow, protecting the Caressma duvet with a duvet cover helps protect against sweat, dirt and stains - and can easily be washed regularly with other sheets.

Will my duvet cover work with my Caressma duvet?

We have specially designed sheets for Caressma duvet, you can also use your existing sheet sets or duvet covers. Be sure to double check the size as our duvets are intentionally designed to be slightly oversized.
